How To Book
Booking a trip with us is simple. Here is how it works, from choosing a trip to arriving in Kathmandu.
1. Choose your trip
Browse our trips and choose one. For a private trip on your own dates, use Plan My Trip: four short steps, and we reply with a proposal.
2. Reserve online
Choose Reserve This Trip on any trip page and book in three steps: Trip and Dates, Traveller Details, and Payment. A 25% deposit confirms your booking and is non-refundable. Pay by Visa, Mastercard or UnionPay through HBL and NIMB, or by bank transfer, which holds your seats for 48 hours. Continue as a guest, or log in to manage your booking.
3. Send your details and pay the balance
Upload a copy of your passport and send your travel insurance details and flight times so we can arrange permits and your airport pickup. The balance is due at least 30 days before departure, and a confirmation email and invoice follow every payment.
4. Arrive in Kathmandu
Our team will meet you at the airport, take you to your hotel and give you a full briefing before your trip begins.
